Because the owner has not yet dosed on the purchase of the Oak Brook and certain other parcels in this subdivision,we are not yet able to bring a water service agreement to you for your consideration. Please note that a condition of the preliminary plat approval is the execution by the owner of a water service agreement satisfactory to the Village. I understand that the developer needs approval of this preliminary plat resolution in order to proceed toward approval of his final plat. No final plat would be approved until the developer has executed a water service agreement. I understand you will consider this matter at your regular meeting on November 28, 1995. The owner has provided the Village Engineer with a satisfactory impact statement which finds that the subdivision will not have an undue,adverse impact on surrounding property.
