A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE OAK BROOK RE-_Al, CENTER ASSESSMENT PLAT
(SE 22ND AND MIDWEST ROAD)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: That the assessment plat consisting of two sheets and
entitled "Oak Brook Retail Center Assessment Plat" prepared by SDI Consultants
Ltd. dated, as last revis-ad, December 8, 1995, and herein incorporated by
reference, be and is hereby approved, subject to the conditions enumerated in
Section 2 of this Resolution.
Section 2: That the approval of Oak Brook Retail Center Assessment Plat
as given in Section 1 hereof be and is expressly subject to final approval of
the plat document by the Village Engineer.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 12th day of December, 1995 by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Oak Brook, DuPage and Cook Counties,
Illinois, according to a roll call vote as follows:
Ayes: Trustees Bartecki, Kenny, McInerne , Pa ovich, Savino and Shumate
