Santefort's Assessment Plat — 2712 Oak Brook Road FROM: Robert L. Kallien Jr., Community Development Director RECONINIENDATION: That the Village Board move to approve the attached Resolution approving the Thomas J. Santefort's Assessment Plat. lair. Thomas J. Santefort, owner of this 2.5 acre tract located at 2712 Oak Brook Road has submitted an application for the Thomas J. Santefort's Assessment Plat and requests approval. This assessment plat is required to formalize the legal description of the parcel before a building permit can be issued for a new home. Village Engineer Durfey concurs with the recommendation to approve this assessment plat. If it is your wish to approve this request, it would be appropriate to approve the attached resolution for the Thomas J. Manager Veitch noted that the contract was for $33,000 last year. He suggested that it is possible to bring before the Board some alternatives for display and prices of the fireworks.
