The Village Attorney has drafted Resolution 2001 -SD- CON -R -781,
"A Resolution Approving Final Plat of Consolidation DuPage
Mayors & Managers Conference Subdivision (Lot 82 of Forest Gate
Subdivision & 1220 Oak Brook Road, Oak Brook, IL 60523) ",
approving the Final Plat of Consolidation, consolidating the existing
1220 Oak Brook Road parcel with Lot 82 of the Forest Gate
Subdivision.
Trustee Savino explained that he had voted against this contract
when it was before the previous Village Board but that the Village
is obligated to fulfill the contract which is binding and legal.
Trustee Butler concurred with Trustee Savino as he was absent
when this contract was approved by the previous Village Board but
it is his general position to try and maintain Village owned property
and assets whether open space or a building that could be used for
an income stream. Trustee Korin agreed with the principal of
honoring the contract but hoped in the future that staff endeavor to
give as much information as possible to the Village Board for them
to make the most informed decision.
President Bushy stated that, so the record is clear, much information
was given to the Village Board before their decision �,,as made
regarding this issue including Village LvIanager memorandums of
August 4, 2000, October 27, 2000, November 3, 2000 with
attachments and lengthy explanations. Also included were agenda
materials, public hearings of the Zoning Board of Appeals, Plan
Commission and Village Board.

WHEREAS,the Plan Commission of the Village of Oak Brook on April 16,2001 unanimously
recommended the approval of a one-lot subdivision,consolidating the existing 1220 Oak Brook Road
parcel with Lot 82 of the Forest Gate Subdivision to create a single parcel consisting of.927 acres:and
WHEREAS, the Village President and Board of Trustees have considered the recommendation of
the Plan Commission;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTE=S OF

A RESOLUTION APPROVING
FINAL PLAT OF CONSOLIDATION
DuPAGE MAYORS & MANAGERS CONFERENCE SUBDIVISION
(Lot 82 of Forest Gate Subdivision & 1220 Oak Brook Road, Oak Brook, IL 60523)
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Oak Brook on April 16, 2001 unanimously
recommended the approval of a one-lot subdivision, consolidating the existing 1220 Oak Brook Road
parcel with Lot 82 of the Forest Gate Subdivision to create a single parcel consisting of.927 acres; and
WHEREAS, the Village President and Board of Trustees have considered the recommendation of
the Plan Commission;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS as follows:
Section 1• That the DuPage Mayors & Managers Conference Subdivision prepared by Ruettiger,
Tonelli & Associates, Inc. dated November 22, 2000, last revised April 9, 2001, legally described as:
Lot 1 in the International Association of Y's Men's Clubs Assessment Plat, being a
subdivision of part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 26, Township 39 North, Range 11
East of the Third Principal Meridian, according to the plat thereof recorded September 29,
1967 as Document No. 67-39100, except that part lying South of the North line of the
parcel of land conveyed to the State of Illinois by the deed recorded as Document No. 69-
1030; Permanent Index No. 06-26-301-059
and
