RECOMMENDATION: That the Village Board adopt the attached resolution
approving the Preliminary and Final Plat for the Wegner
Woods Resubdivision
Pursuant to your direction, I have drafted the attached resolution approving the
Preliminary and Final Plat for the Wegner Woods Resubdivision (3501 Adams Road).
Please note the conditions set forth in Section 2 of the resolution.
I understand you will consider this resolution at your meeting on November 12, 1996.

presented and waive the full reading thereof. ROLL CALL VOTE:

ordinance was presented this evening to the Board members.

Use Permit Pursuant To Section 10-34 Of The Code Of Ordinances

A RESOLUTION APPROVING
THE PRELIMINARY AND FINAL PLAT OF SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS
WEGNER HOODS RESUBDIVISION

WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Oak Brook on September
16, 1996 recommended approval of the Preliminary and Final Plat of Subdivision
of the subdivision entitled, "Wegner Woods Resubdivision"; and
WHEREAS, the Village President and Board of Trustees considered the
recommendation of the Plan Commission and concur with the same, subject to
certain conditions;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS as follows:

Section 1: That the Preliminary and Final Plat of Wegner Woods
Resubdivision prepared by Spaceco, Inc. dated April, 1996, with no revisions,
be and is hereby approved subject to the conditions enumerated in Section 2 of
this resolution.

Section 2: That the approval of the Final Plat of Wegner Woods
Resubdivision as given in Section 1 hereof be and is hereby expressly made
subject to the following conditions:
(a) That the requirements for sidewalks, curb and gutters,
street lights and street trees be waived.
(b) That the final plat and final engineering plans be revised
as necessary and the same approved by the Village Engineer.
(c) That the existing home on the proposed Lot 1 is
verified to be in com!.)liance with the Zoning
Ordinance.
(d) That all other requirements, conditions and standards of the
Subdivision Regulations of the Village of Oak Brook, except
as waived or limited by this Resolution, shall be applicable
to the resubdivision and development of said Wegner Woods
Resubdivision.
;e) That the subdivider submit a perr.,it application to all
appropriate regulatory agencies regarding stormwater
management and that initial review comments are forwarded to
the Village engineer indicating feasibility.
