RESOLUTION 96-FLSA-R-684
A RESOLUTIOn AMENDING THE
FAIR LABOR STPJMARDS ACT POLICIES
FOR THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK
WHEREAS, on December 16, 1986, the Village President and Board of
Trustees approved the Fair Labor Standards Act policies for the Village of Oak
Brook; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution R-452, as amended from time to time, the
Village President and Board of Trustees amended such policies by enumerating
personnel exempt from overtime pay requirements; and
WHEREAS, the Village President and Board of Trustees deem a further
amendment of such provisions to be appropriate;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS that Appendix A
of the Fair Labor Standards Act policies of the Village of Oak Brook be and is
hereby amended to read as follows: i
