3. PUBLIC HEARING — ELECTRIC AGGREGATION
The Village President and Board of Trustees will conduct a public hearing for the purpose of
considering, pursuant to Section 1 -92 of the Illinois Power Agency Act, 20 ILCS 3855/1 -92 a plan of
operation and governance for an Electricity Aggregation Program through which the Village may
arrange for the supply of electricity for its residential and small commercial retail customers who have
not opted out of such program. The Village welcomes your comments at the September 13, 2011
meeting on the Electric Aggregation.

RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION
WHEREAS, RAYMOND H. DUNN has faithfully and with dedication and distinction served the
Village of Oak Brook in his capacity as a member of the Plan Commission from October, 2009 through
May, 2011; and
WHEREAS, during the generous and dedicated rendering of said service RAYMOND H. DUNN
has also given unselfishly of his time, effort and expertise to other civic activities such as serving with the
Lions Club of Darien and Past President of Hunter Trails Community Association; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees are of the opinion that a record of such faithful
service should be made and spread upon the records of said Village.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Viltage of
Oak Brook that the said RAYMOND H. DUNN be and is hereby commended for his loyal service to the
Village of Oak Brook and the citizens thereof.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Oak
Brook, for and on behalf of said Village and its citizens, do hereby extend their appreciation and gratitude
to the said RAYMOND H. DUNN for his civic service as aforedescribed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a duly certified copy of this Resolution be delivered to the said
RAYMOND H. DUNN and that this Resolution be spread upon the official permanent records of said
Village.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Oak
Brook, DuPage and Cook Counties, Illinois, this 13th day of September, 2011.
