R-695 - 07/22/1997 - FINAL PLAT - Resolutions ".",7-7777777' 7777 RESOLUTION 97-SD-FP-R-695 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS PARKS'SUBDIVISION 3701 Madison and Vacant Land 3703 Madison Formerly a Part of 407 Glendale Oak Brook,IL 60523 WHEREAS. the Plan Commission of the Village of Oak Brook on June 16, 1997, recommended approval of a reconfiguration of two existing flag lots,Lot I in the Parks* Assessment Plat,and Lot 5 in Mizen's Subdivision; and WHEREAS.the Village President and Board of Trustees have considered the recommendation of the Plan Commission and concur with the same including the conditions recommended herein; NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK,DU PACE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS as follows: Section 1: That the two lot subdivision of Lot I in the Parks* Assessment Plat,and Lot 5 in Mizen's Subdivision reconfigured as denoted in Parks' Subdivision prepared bA7 Bollinger,Lach& Associates, Inc. ,dated May 14, 1997,be and is hereby approved subject to the conditions enumerated in Section 2 of this resolution. Section 2: That the approval of the Final Plat of Parks Subdivision be and is hereby approved subject to the follm%ing conditions: a) That the requirements for curb and gutter streets, sidewalks,street lights and street trees are hereby waived. b) That the final plat be revised as necessary and the same approved by the Village Engineer;and c) That all other requirements. conditions and standards of the Subdivision Regulations of the Village of OA Brook-except as waived or limited by this resolution, shall be applicable to the subdivision and development of said Parks' Subdivision.
