ion: That the President and Village Board approve "A Resolution Correcting
Legal Description in Resolution Approving a Preliminary and Final Plat of
Subdivision Known As Romanelli's Subdivision."
ie been informed by the surveyor that the Plat previously approved by you contained a
error in the legal description. Within Parcel 1, the parenthetical phrase originally said

feet thereof)". Since this legal description appears on the Resolution, Attorney Martens
Red the attached revised Resolution with the correct legal description.

THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, ILLINOIS:
Based on the discussion at the November 28, 2000 Village Board
meeting, language has been added to Section 12 -1 -5 -F (page 3) to carve
out an exception for pedestrian/bicycle pathways from the general
prohibition on skateboards, scooters and in -line skates recommended
previously.
Language has also been added in the fee schedules for the Golf Club
(page 5) and the Bath & Tennis Club (page 10) to clarify that
membership fees are neither refundable nor transferable.
The other recommended changes remain as presented on
November 28, 2000.

IN RESOLUTION APPROVING
A PRELIMINARY AND FINAL PLAT OF SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS

(WHEREAS, on June 27, 2000, the President and Board of Trustees passed and approved a
resolution approving the Preliminary and Final Plat of Subdivision known as Romanelli's Subdivision,
Resolution 2000- SD- PP &FP -R -750; and
WHEREAS, the title company and surveyor have determined that there is an error in the legal
description, in that a reference was made to "East" which should have been referenced as "West'; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS as follows:
Section • That the legal description set forth in Resolution 2000- SD- PP &FP -R -750 entitled, "A
