AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING
OFFICIAL TIME AND PLACE FOR MEETINGS OF THE BOARD
OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF OAKBROOK, DU PAGE
COUNTY, ILLINOIS, AND ESTABLISHING CERTAIN RULES
AND REGULATIONS FOR THE CONDUCT OF SUCH MEETINGS
AND FOR THE CALLING OF SPECIAL MEETINGS, KNOWN
AS ORDNANCE NO. G-
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Oakbrook, Du Page County, Illinois:
Section 1, That Section 2 of an Ordinance Establishing Official
Time and Place for Meetings of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Oak-
brook, Da Page County, Illinois, and Establishing Certain Rules and Regula-
tions for the Conduct of such Meetings and for the Calling of Special Meetings
known as "Ordinance No. G-121" heretofore reading as follows:
"Section 2. T1W OF REGULAR MEETINGS. That all regular
meetings of the Board of Trustees shall be called to order at
7:30 P.M., or at such time thereafter as a quorum shall be present."
be and the same is hereby amended, and as amended, shall read as follows:
"Section 2. TIME OF REGULAR. MEETINGS. That all regular
meetings of the Board of Trustees shall be called to order at
8:00 P.M., or at such time thereafter as a quorum shall be present."
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
with this ordinance be and the same are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be effective from and after its
passage and approval as by the statutes of the State of Illinois in such
cases made and provided.
Passed and approved by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Oakbrook this day of June, A. D. 1960.
