AN ORDINANCE AMDING AN ORDINANCE
REGULATING TRAFFIC ARID VEHICLES IN
IN THE VILLAGE OF OAKBROOK$ DU PAGE
COUNTY, ILLINOIS, PASSED AND APPROVED
THE 12th DAY OF JJINUARY, A. D. 1960.
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Oakbrook that:
Section 1. An ordinance regulating traffic and vehicles in the Village
of Oakbrook, Du Page County, Illinois, passed and approved on the 12th day of
January, A. D. 1960, be and the same is hereby amended by adding thereto be-

tween Sections 45 and 46 the following section, which should be known and
designated as Section 45A, to-wit:
"45A. No zarkins during certain hours. Between the hours of
12:01 a.m, and :00 a.m. it shall be unlawful to permit any vehicle
to stand in any public street, alley, highway or parkway within the
Village of Oakbrook except when necessary to avoid conflict with
other traffic or in compliance with the direction of a policeman
or traffic signal."
Section 2. This amending ordinance shall take effect from and
after its passage and publication as provided by law.
Passed and approved by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Oakbrook this 12th day of July, A. D. 1960.
