AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING
A POLICE RESERVE DIVISION IN AND FOR THE VILLAGE
OF OAKBROOK, DU PAGE COUNTY, ILLINOIS., PASSED AND
APPROVED BY THE PRESIDERT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
ON THE 14th DAY OF FEBRUARY, A. D. 1961
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Oakbrook, County of Du Page, State of Illinois, that
Section 8 of an ordinance establishing a Police Reserve Division in
and for the Village of Oakbrook, Du Page County, Illinois, passed
and approved February 14, A. D. 1961, be and the same is hereby
amended, and as amended, shall read as follows:
"Section 8. Compensation, Members of the Reserve
shall be compensated by the Village at the rate of Two
and No/100ths ($2.00) Dollars per hour for their tours
of active duty.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that this ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage and approval as in such
cases made and provided,
Passed and approved by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Oakbrook this day of April, A. D. 1961.
