ORDINANCE
WOMB.. the Village at Oakbrook is a newly formed aanisipsl
corporation within the County of Du Page and State of Illinois; aid
NHMM, at the time of and prior to the incorporation of
said Village of Oakbrook there was applicable to the territory now
within the Village of Oakbrook a zoning ordinance duly passed and
approved by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Du Page establish-
ing rules and regulations concerning, wrong ether 'bhings, the use of
buildings, structures and land; and
WMW, the Village of Oakbrook does not have an existing
zoning ordinance; and
Wf EMO the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Oakbrook deem it desirable and necessary to restrict the use of
buildings, structures and land within the Village of Oakbrook;

NOW, TFMMFORR, BE IT ORDLIM by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Otkbrosk as fellows:
Section It That for the inters a period between the adoption
of this ordinance and the adoption of a zoning ordinance by the President
and the Board of Trustees of the.Vil)age of Oakbrook, no land use shall
be established or chavged within the districts as originally established
by the 1957 Da Page County Zoning Ordinance, located within the corporate
limits of the Village -f Oakbrook, which does not comply with or is net
permitted within said district by the said 1957 Zoning Ordinance of
Da Page County.
Section 2t That the districts herein referred to within the
corporate lirits of the Village of Oakbrook are as shown on the attached
zoning district zap, which is by reference trade a part hersef, and which
is in coaplianee with and corresponds to the Zoning District Map of the
1957 Du Page County Zoning Ordinance,
Section 3s That in connection with this ordinance at least
two copies of the saIA 1957 Du Page County Zoning Ordinance sha71 re-
sisin an file vdth the Tillago Clerk of the Village of Oakbrook during
the offosti vo period of this ordinanaos "
Section Its The President of the Tillage of Oakbrook is hereby
authorised to institute injunction.proceedings in arq court of record to
anlorce the applicable provisions of this srdimmee .
Section 5s This ardinance shall be offeatire frost and-after
its passage until the passage of a zoning ordinance by the Village of
Oakbrooke
Passed and approved by the President and the Board of Trustass
of the Village of Oatbmok'this 3rd day of Mayo A. D. 1958.
