Boun ar yLine - The Committee discussed the ultimate boundaries
between the 'pillage of Oak Brook and the Village of Hinsdale so that the
Planning and Zoning Committee would have direction in their discussions
with the Village of Hinsdale. It was the consensus of agreement that
the boundary line ought to be that line which was proposed previously
to the Village of Hinsdale.
1. The north right -of way line of Ogden Avenue orline scenic
north and paral i el of Ogden avenue, i n g the
easement
2. The east/west boundary being that line of Monroe Street
extended.
B. Design Criteria - It was the concensus of opinion that the
irs.titutional classification in the Oak Brook Zoning Ordinance, along
with the F Plan Development District of the Hinsdale Ordinance be util-
ized as a basic concept with additional criteria as necessary related
to distant from residential use.
Item #2 mater Agreement with Village of Hinsdale
The Vi11ags Board reviewed the proposed Memoran um of Terms which were
developed by Staff of Oak Brook and Hinsdale. Village Board indicated
that they indorsed the criteria which was developed in the Memorandum
of Terms. The Committee was given the direction to attempt to imple-
ment an agreement following the guidelines of that document.
Meeting was adjourned at 7:45PM.
