AN ORDI14ANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. G-112
BEING "Ali ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING RULES AND
REGULATIONS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION, ALTERATION,
REPAIR AND CONVERSION OF BUILDINGS WITHIN THE
VILLAGE OF OAKBROOK, DU PAGE COUNTY, ILLINOIS, "
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD
OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF OAKBROOK ON THE
18TH DEFY OF FEBRUARY, 1960
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Oakbrook:
Section 1. That Section III, as amended, of an Ordinance
establishing rules and regulations for the construction, alteration,
repair and conversion of buildings within the Village of Oakbrook,
DuFage County, Illinois, be and the same is hereby further amended
by adding at the end thereof the following sub-paragraphs, which
shall be known and designated as sub-paragraphs W, X, Y and Z:
11W. Street work
"For all street openings the permit fee shall
be a minimum of $25.00. For each additional
square foot over 20 square. feet there shall
be added to such permit fee the sum of $.50
per square foot.
11X. Dr-6vaua—y Permits
"For all driveway permits issued in connection
with new construction or an existing develop-
ment the, permit fee shall be
11Y. Storm sewers
"For tying into any existing storm sewer the
, permit fee shall be $35.00.
11Z. Clean-up Bond
"In addition to all other fees the applicant
shall deposit in the case of all building
construction a cash bond in the amount of $100.
The condition of such bond will be such that if
the applicant shall clean all mud and debris
resulting from construction work from the
streets and public ways as shall from time to
time be required by the building inspectors
then such bond will terminate upon the issuance
of a final occupancy permit and the amount of
such bond refunded to the applicant. If the
applicant fails to provide such clean-up2 then
such clean-up shall be performed by the Village
and the Cost Of Same shall be deducted. from such
a
bond and the amount, if any remaining, shall
be refunded to applicant. "
Section 2. That this ordinance: shall be effective, from and
after its passage and approval as by statute in such cases provided.
Passed and approved by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Oakbrook :this ,day of June , 1966.
