G-379 PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF OAKBROOK ON THE 10TH DAY OF APRIL, 1962 BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Oakbrook: Section 1* That Section VI of the Subdivision `. Regulations Ordinance of the Village of Oakbrook$ being Ordinance NO* G-37, adopted by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Oakbrook on the 10th day of April$ 1962$ be and the same is hereby amended by adding thereto after subsection B and before subsection C the following, which shall be designated "subsection BB": "BB. In addition to all other requirements herein contained, there shall be submitted with the final plat a document over the signature of the engineer or surveyor, who prepared such plat$ indicating the total square footage of each lot shown on the plat." Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval as by statute in such cases made and provided.
