AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. G-60 1
BEING "THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF, THE VILLAGE
OF OAK BROOK, ILLINOIS, OF 1966 i
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the i
Village of Oak Brook, DuPage County, Illinois, as follows.
Section 1. That Section V, Paragraph F, of Ordinance G-60
entitled The Zoning� Ordinance of the Village of Oak Brook, Illinois ,
of 1966" , as amended, is hereby amended to read as follows: ` r
"R Setbacks Along Streets
"Minimum setbacks on lots abutting a street shall
be as required for yards in the district in which
they are located and shall be measured from the
' street line - or from the proposed street line if
d'' ' one has been designated on the Official Map; ex-
cept that the setbacks along Cermak and York Roads
shall not be less- than 100 feet, and setbacks along
Oak Brook Road (31st Street) shall not be less than
110 feet from the section lines, except the setbacks
falling within or adjacent to the plats of sub-
divison t Unit 2 and Briarwood Lakes
of Brook Fores
Subdivision shall be not less than 110 feet from
the now existing center line of Oak Brook Road
(31st Street)' as shown on said plats.
Section 2. All ordinances or.parts• of the Zoning Ordinance
of the Village of Oak Brook in conflict herewith are hereby amended
to conform with this amendment.
Section 3. All existing structures not in compliance with the
amended setback requirements along Oak Brook Road (31st Street) are
hereby granted a variation from the newly established setback re-�
quirements provided for herein.
Section 4 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect

after its passage and approval as required by law. i
