CORRECTION - ZONING MAP (MRS. LUCY t_EMPKE HEiGONJ
Chairman Rhodes called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.
Mr. George Dunkirk, Village Engineer was sworn in. This rezoning
request was instituted by the Village following a request to
determine the zoning status of the Lempke property. . On examining
the legal description it was discovered this property which should
have been designated R2 was designated FP and also Forest Preserve
District property was zoned R2. It appeared that this was an
error when the map was drawn.
Mr. Dunkirk recommended that the Lempke property be change to
R2 which is what it should have been in the first place and the
property belonging to the forest preserve changed to FP as
indicated on the drawing presented.
Mr. Rhodes asked if anyone was appearing in opposition. None ,
were present.
Chairman Rhodes asked if anyone would entertain a motion. Mr.
Frazer moved that the zoning map be corrected in accordance with
the recommendation. This was seconded by Mr. Fuller. Four
affirmative votes. Motion carried.
