ORDINANCE NO. G— 381
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION-2-225 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
OF THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK AND ESTABLISHING- FEES-FOR
APPLICATIONS FOR SUBDIVISION AND ZONING RELIEF
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees have heretofore
established fees for certain applications for subdivision, zoning and flood plain
relief, which provisions have been codified as Section 2-225 of the Code of
Ordinances of said Village; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees find that additional fees
should be imposed for applications for relief from the Subdivision regulations
and Zoning Ordinance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS as follows:
Section-L-.— That the provisions of the preamble hereinabove set forth
are hereby adopted as though fully set forth herein.
Section 2: ', That Section 2-225 of the Code of Ordinances of the Village
of Oak Brook is hereby amended by adding subsections (f) and (g) as follows:
(f) Application for Amendment or Variation
Under`Subdivision Regulations $300.00
(g) Application for Certificate of
Appropriateness in the Historic Graue Mill
Gateway Area — $300.00
Section 3: That all ordinances or parts thereof in conflict with the
provisions of this Ordinance be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of
such conflict.
Section 4: That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
publish this Ordinance in pamphlet form in the manner provided by law.
Section 5: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage,. approval and publication in pamphlet form, all as provided
by law.
