TO: Maggie Powers, Village Manager AA
FROM: Vince Long, Acting Sports Core Manager
SUBJECT: Sports Core Ordinance Revisions
Many of the village ordinances which pertain to the Bath & Tennis Club need to be revised; in
particular, Section 14-13(f)(4), Swim Team Fee Schedule, should read:
One Child $ 60.00
Two Children 110.00
Three Children 155.00
Four or more Children 165.00
Also, Section 14-13(8)(4), Tennis Lesson Fee Schedule, should read as follows:
One-hour private with Professional $39.00
Half-hour private with Professional 20.00
One-hour with Assistant Professional 29.00
Half-hour private with Assistant Professional 15.00
The above-mentioned sections of Chapter 14 should be updated, or perhaps deleted altogether,
as they have not been reviewed for many years.
Sincerely,
