VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK RELATIVE TO A NEW FEE AND BOND SCHEDULE

In the event that any outside consulting plan review services are used, the applicant shall
reimburse the Village for any fees associated with that service as a prerequisite to the
issuance of any required permits.

A fee based on the estimated number of inspections will be assessed prior to permit
issuance. Additional inspections will require payment of an additional fee.

C. Certain Entities Permitted to Request Waiver. Any governmental unit or any charitable
organization, as defined in an Act to Regulate Solicitation and Collection of Funds for Charitable
Purposes, may request a waiver of any fees imposed pursuant to the terms of this Section. Upon
such requests, the Village President and the Board of Trustees may, by motion, waive any such
fees imposed pursuant to this Section.

Section 2: All ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby
repealed to the extent of such conflict.
Section 3: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after passage, approval
and publication as provided by law.
