NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, as follows: Section 1: The foregoing preambles are restated and incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth herein. Section 2: Section 2 of Ordinance 2004- ZO -V -S -1084 is amended by amending the text covering the hours of operation to read as follows: "the Park District will ensure that all lights on all fields will have secure activation by coaches only and automatically shut off by 10:00 p.m. on Fields 2, 3 and 4 and by 9:00 p.m. on Field 1 between April 1st and November 151" for use by youth athletic teams, and until October 31 for adult athletic teams." Section 3: Section 2 of Ordinance 2004- ZO -V -S -1084 is amended by deleting the following: "the use of lights on Field #1 will be limited to youth sports (high school age and younger)." Section 4: All other provisions of Ordinance 2004- ZO -V -S -1084 shall remain in full force and effect Section 5: If any section, paragraph, clause or provision of this ordinance shall be held invalid, the invalidity thereof shall not affect any of the other provisions of this ordinance. Section 6: All ordinances or parts thereof in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
