NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT MORE THAN THREE (3) MEMBERS OF THE
VILLAGE BOARD CORPORATE AUTHORITIES MAY BE PRESENT AT THE
OCTOBER 5, 2016, COMMUNITY ENHANCEMENT APPOINTMENT INTERVIEWS
COMMITTEE:
To be held on: Wednesday, October 5, 2016
At the hour of: 5:00 p.m.
At: Upper Level Conference Room
Butler Government Center

Purpose: Community Enhancement Appointment hnterview
Committee will meet with residents whom have applied
for an appointment to the Community Enhancement
Committee. The Appointment Interview Committee
consists of the Committee Chair, Trustee Liaisons and
Village Staff. More than three (3) Members of the
Corporate Authorities may be present. No deliberation of
the Members present will take place at this event and no
action, even if a quorum of the Village Board is present,
will be taken at that meeting. This event is simply an
opportunity to meet the applicants for consideration of an
appointment to the Community Enhancement Committee.
All appointments are made at the reconnmendation nP the
Village President with approval of the Village Trustee at
an official Village Board meeting. Their presence may
assist them in ultimately considering these matters at
formal meetings.
