Minutes of the previous meeting were approved without correction. 2. Map of Pathways. Nothing to report, but Bruce will be asked about inclusion of the map in the Spring newsletter. 3. Priority Review. Nothing to report at this time. 4. Project Updates. A 22nd Street. There has been no response from the Tollway with regard to the easement. B. York Road. Recommendation will go to the Oak Brook Village Board on Tuesday, April 23. Connie Craig will check with the Village with regard to communications from Christ Church. C. 31 st Street Bridge across Route 83. This project has been delayed and the grant money will be returned. Money will be available from other sources for the project. D. Harger /York Road Bridges. Civiltek is working on Tollway permission. The Committee will request a letter from Civiltek on their activity. E. Regional Trail. Bruce Kapff is attending meetings with regard to Regional Trails. 7 Old Business. •A There was discussion of county plans for Midwest Road and the concerns of Brook Forest residents with regard to the bicycle trail that will accompany the widening of the road. B. Public Works has indicated it will install mirrors at the path beneath Jorie Blvd. C. Windsor and 22nd Street. Pedestrian crossing light will be installed. D The questions was raised as to whether there had been any response to Karen Bushy's letter to the Oak Brook Shopping Center with regard to bicycle standards. E. Covington Court and 35th Street. Waiting for the completion of Commonwealth Edison work before proceeding. F. The Park District reported that work will be done on the bicycle trails in Central Park, Saddlebrook and Forest Glen by the end of June 8. New Business. A. There was a discussion of the new Co -chair for the committee. • B. Future priority item will be Midwest Road from I -88 to 22nd Street. 9. Next meeting was scheduled for Thursday, May 9 at 7:30 PM.
