A letter from Arlene Birkhahn was received and a response will be drafted. Mark Hine presented scale drawings of the path in front of Mrs. Birkhahn's house. There are 32 feet between the garage and the nearest position of the path. He stated that the longest car on the market is 19 1/2 feet long and there should be adequate room between the garage and the path. The following motion was brought forth by Heidi Huizenga: 1 "That the pathway be constructed along York Road between 31st • Street and Robinhood Ranch, because this route is high, dry, straight, most direct and with the best visibility for safety and security of pedestrians and bicyclists ". It was seconded by Sue Walters and unanimously agreed to.
