S-1250 - 01/27/2009 - SALARY PLAN- ADMIN - Ordinances Supporting Documentso VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK Interoffice Memorandum TO, ALL VILLAGE EMPLOYEES FROM: DAVID NIEMEYER, VILLAGE MANAGER ; )[,� SUBJECT: 2009 SALARY PLAN AND SALARY ADMINISTRATION POLICY FOR NON- REPRESENTATED EMPLOYEES DATE: JANUARY 28, 2009 Attached is a copy of Ordinance 2009- SAP -EXI -S -1250 which amends the Oak Brook Salary Plan and Salary Administration Policy for non - represented employees (and represented employees where applicable) effective January 1, 2009. This plan includes a 2.0 % cost of living adjustment (COLA). Further, the following salary adjustment guidelines shall be used for 2009 salary increases based upon performance evaluations for non -Top of Grade (TOG) employees and consistent with provisions of the Salary Administration Policy approved for 2009. Category 2009 Guidelines Unsatisfactory 0.00% Below Standards 0.00% Needs Improvement 0.00% Meets Standards 1.00% Merit Above Standards 2.00% Merit Excellent 3.00% Merit The Village Board also plans to work with the Hay Group to adjust the Village's overall employee compensation plan.
