You gave this direction as part of your September 26, 2000 consent agenda. Attached are ordinances which extend the completion date for the recreational folly and related improvements to December 29, 2000. These ordinances are: 1. An Ordinance Amending Ordinance S -964 Extending The Expiration Date Of The Flood Plain Special Use Permit Granted Therein; and 2. An Ordinance Amending Ordinance S -965 Extending The Expiration Date Of The Variance Granted Therein. I understand you will consider these ordinances at your regular meeting on November 14, 2000. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS as follows: Section 1: That the provisions of the preamble hereinabove set forth are hereby adopted as' though fully set forth herein. Section 2: That Section 6 of Ordinance S -964 is hereby amended to read as follows: "That all land modifications and construction on the subject property be completed on or before December 29, 2000 in substantial conformity with the Site Plan. This completion date may be extended without public hearings by the President and Board of Trustees upon a showing of necessity by the property owner."
