NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 2000 Autumn Festival Committee meeting is scheduled for
Thursday, January 13, 2000, at 7:00 p.m. at the Bath & Tennis Club, 800 Oak Brook Road, Oak Brook,
Illinois. The agenda is as follows:

1. Roll Call
2. Approval of Minutes — October 20, 1999 meeting
3. Final report of 1999 Autumn Festival Revenue and Expenses
4. Assignments for 2000 Festival
5. Discussion of Sponsorship mailing
6. Pre -event advertising or solicitation of other groups to become involved in the
2000 event
7. Adjournment
