Dean Board Room of the Village Hall, 1200 Oak Brook Road. PLAN COMMISSION: Meets on the third Monday of each month at 7:30 P.M. in the Samuel E. Dean Board Room of the Village Hall, 1200 Oak Brook Road. ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS: Meets on the first Tuesday of each month at 7:30 P.M. in the Samuel E. Dean Board Room of the Village Hall, 1200 Oak Brook Road. HOTEL, CONVENTION & VISITORS COMMITTEE• Meets on the first Thursday of each month at 2:00 P.M. in the Upper Level Conference Room of the Village Hall, 1200 Oak Brook Road. POLICE PENSION FUND: Meets on call as noticed in the Upper Level Conference Room of the Village Hall, 1200 Oak Brook Road. FIREFIGHTER'S PENSION FUND: Meets on call as noticed in the Upper Level Conference Room of the Village Hall, 1200 Oak Brook Road. FOREIGN FIRE INSURANCE TAX BOARD: Meets on call as noticed at Fire Station #2, 725 Enterprise Drive. LIBRARY COMMISSION: Meets every three months beginning in February on the third Tuesday at 7:30 p.m- in the Meeting Room at the Oak Brook Public Library, 600 Oak Brook Road. BOARD OF FIRE & POLICE COMMISSIONERS AND ELECTRICAL COMMISSION: Meet as needed. Notices are mailed. OAK BROOK SAFETY PATHWAY COMMITTEE: Meets quarterly, beginning in January, the second Wednesday, at 7:30 p.m. in the Upper Level Conference Room of the Village Hall at 1200 Oak Brook Road. AUTUMN FESTIVAL COMMITTEE: Meets the second Thursday of each month (January - October) or as needed, at 7:00 p.m. at the Bath & Tennis Club, 800 Oak Brook Road. When a Closed Session is called, other than as part of a Regular Board Meeting, a separate Notice will be mailed to you in advance of the meeting date and a copy of the notice will be posted in the window of the Village Clerk's office.
