In compliance with the Open Meetings Act (Chapter 102, 141, et seq.), listed below you
will find the regular meeting dates for the Boards, Commissions, and Committees of the
Village of Oak Brook for calendar year 1993.
BOARD OF TRUSTEES: Meets on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month for Regular, Board
meetings and on the Monday immediately preceding the second Tuesday of each month as a
Committee -of- the - Whole, at 7:30 P.M. in the Samuel E. Dean Board Room of the Village
Commons, 1200 Oak Brook Road, Oak Brook, Illinois.
PLAN COMMISSION: Meets on the third Monday of each month at 7:30 P.M. in the Samuel E.
Dean Board Room of the Village Commons, 1200 Oak Brook Road, Oak Brook, Illinois.
ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS: Meets on the first Tuesday of each month at 7:30 P.M. in the
Samuel E. Dean Board Room of the Village Commons, 1200 Oak Brook Road, Oak Brook,
Illinois.
HOTEL, CONVENTION & VISITORS COMMITTEE: Meets on the first Thursday of each month at 7:00
P.M. in the Lower Level Conference Room of the Village Commons, 1200 Oak Brook Road, Oak
Brook, Illinois.
POLICE PENSION FUND & FIREFIGHTERS' PENSION FUND BOARDS: Meet quarterly or as needed.
Notices are mailed.
LIBRARY COMMISSION: Meets quarterly on the third Tuesday at the Library Building.

BOARD OF FIRE & POLICE COMMISSIONERS AND ELECTRICAL COMMISSION: Meet as needed. Notices
are mailed.
OAK BROOK BATH & TENNIS CLUB MEMBERS' COMMITTEE: Meets on the third Thursday of each
month at 9:30 a.m. at the Sports Core Administration Building, 700 Oak Brook Road, Oak
Brook, Illinois. During the summer season, the meeting time will change and notification
will be sent out.
OAR BROOK GOLF 'AND OAK BROOK COMMITTEES: Meet as needed. Notices
are mailed.
When a Closed Session is called, other than as part of a Regular Board Meeting, a separate
Notice will be mailed to you in advance of the meeting date and a copy of the notice will
be posted on our bulletin board.
