In compliance with the Open Meetings Act (Chapter 102, 1;41, et seq.), listed below you will find the regular meeting dates for the Boards,
Commissions, and Committees of the Village of Oak Brook for calendar year 2000.
BOARD OF TRUSTEES: Meets on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month for Regular Board meetings and on the Monday immediately
preceding the fourth Tuesday of each month as a Committee -of -the- Whole, at 7:30 P.M. in the Samuel E. Dean Board Room of the Village Hall, 1200
Oak Brook Road.
PLAN CONINIISSION: Meets on the third Monday of each month at 7:30 P.M. in the Samuel E. Dean Board Room of the Village Hall, 1200 Oak
Brook Road.
ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS: Meets on the first Tuesday of each month at 7:30 P.M. in the Samuel E. Dean Board Room of the Village Hall,
1200 Oak Brook Road.
HOTEL CONVENTION & VISITORS CONMTTEE: Meets on the first Thursday of each month at 5:00 P.M. in the Lower Level Conference
Room of the Village Hall, 1200 Oak Brook Road.
POLICE PENSION FUND: Meets quarterly on the 2nd Wednesday at 7:00 p.m. in the Upper Level Conference Room of the Village Hall, 1200 Oak
Brook Road.
FIREFIGHTER'S PENSION FUND: Meets quarterly on the last Tuesday at 8:30 a.m. in the Upper Level Conference Room of the Village Hall,
1200 Oak Brook Road.
LIBRARY CONDUSSION: Meets every two months on the third Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. in the Upper Level Conference Room of the Village Hall,
1200 Oak Brook Road.
BOARD OF FIRE & POLICE COMMISSIONERS ELECTRICAL CONMUSSION AND FOREIGN FIRE INSURANCE TAX BOARD:
Meet as needed. Notices are mailed.
OAK BROOK SAFETY PATHWAY COM3UTTEE: Meets every other month (January - November) at 7:30 p.m. in the Lower Level.Conference
Room of the Village Hall at 1200 Oak Brook Road.
AUTUMN FESTIVAL COMNUTTEE: Meets 2nd Thursday of each month (January - October) or as needed, at 7:00 p.m. at the Bath & Tennis Club,
800 Oak Brook Road.
When a Closed Session is called, other than as part of a Regular Board Meeting, a separate Notice will be mailed to you in advance of the meeting date
and a copy of the notice will be posted in the window of the Village Clerks IfAfice. 1,4V
