BOARD OF TRUSTEES
Meets on the second and fourth Tuesday of each morith and on the Monday
imanediately preceding the second Tuesday of each month as a

Board Roum of the Va11age Commons, 1200 Oak Brook Road, Oak Brook, Illinois.
ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
Meets on the first Tuesday of each month at 7:30 P.M. an the Samuel E. Dean
Board Room of the Village Commons, 1200 Oak Brook Road, Oak Brook, Illinois.
ROTEL, CONVENTION & VISITORS COMMI'T'TEE
Meets on the first Thursday of each month at 7:30 P.T. in the Lower Level
Conference Room of the Village Commons, 1200 Oak Brook .Road, Oak Brook,
Illinois.
OAY, BROOD BATH & TENNIS CLUB MEMBERS' COMMITTEE:
Meets on the third 'Thursday of each month at 9:30 a.m. at the Sports Core
Aclnanistration Building, 700 Oak Brook Road, Oak Brook, lllinois. During the
summer season, the meeting time will change and notification will be sent out.
When an Executive Session is called, a copy of the Notice is mailed to you in
advance of the meeting date and a copy of same is posted on our bulletin
board.
