2011 ANNUAL NOTICE OF MEETINGS
In compliance with the Open Meetings Act (Chapter 5, ILCS, Sec. 120/1, et seq.), listed below you will find
the regular meeting dates for the Boards, Commissions, and Committees of the Village of Oak Brook for
calendar year 2011.
BOARD OF TRUSTEES: Meets on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month for Regular Board
meetings, with the exception of the fourth Tuesday of the months of June, August and December. Meetings
are at 7:00 P.M. in the Samuel E. Dean Board Room of the Butler Government Center, 1200 Oak Brook
Road. The Committee -or -the -Whole Meetings will meet as needed. Notices we posted
PLAN COMMISSION: Meets on the third Monday of each month at 7:00 P.M. in the Samuel E. Dean
Board Room of the Butler Government Center, 1200 Oak Brook Road.
ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS: Meets on the first Tuesday of each month at 7:00 P.M. in the Samuel E.
Dean Board Room of the Butler Government Center, 1200 Oak Brook Road.
HOTEL. CONVENTION & VISITORS COMMITTEE: Meets on the second Thursday of January,
March, May, July, September, and October at 10:00 A.M. in the Upper Level Conference Room of the Butler
Government Center, 1200 Oak Brook Road.
POLICE PENSION FUND: Meets quarterly and on call as noticed in the Upper Level Conference Room
or the West Wing conference Room of the Butler Government Center, 1200 Oak Brook Road.
FIREFIGHTER'S PENSION FUND: Meets on call as noticed in the Upper Level Conference Room of
Butler Government Center, 1200 Oak Brook Road.
FOREIGN FIRE INSURANCE TAX BOARD: Meets on call as noticed in the West Wing Training Room
of the Butler Government Center, 1200 Oak Brook Road.
LIBRARY COMMISSION: Meets every other month beginning in January on the third Tuesday at 7:00
p.m. in the Meeting Room at the Oak Brook Public Library, 600 Oak Brook Road.
BOARD OF FIRE & POLICE COMMISSIONERS: Meets monthly on the Wednesday following the
third Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. and on an as needed basis beginning in January in the Upper Level Conference
Room of the Butler Government Center, 1200 Oak Brook Road.
Meets as needed. Notices are mailed.
AUTUMN FESTIVAL, COMMITTEE: Meets as needed at the Oak Brook Golf Club, 2606 York Road
COMMERCIAL REVITALIZATION Task Force: Meets as needed. Notices are posted.
CITIZENS FINANCE ADVISORY COMMITTEE: Meets as needed. Notices are posted.
PLAN DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION: Meets as noticed in the Samuel E. Dean Board Room of the
Butler Government Center, 1200 Oak Brook Road.
Closed Meetings that are held, other than as part of a Regular Meeting, are noticed separately.
