Background/History:
A few trustees have asked me to update the board on the various issues in the police department.
In regards to the review of the two November incidents at the Sky Bar, the US Attorney's office will not open a case.
The US Attorney General contacted the Illinois Attorney General, they indicated the DuPage County State's Attorney
may want to review the matter.
In regards to hiring a consultant to review the police union "no confidence" vote and related issues, I have contacted a
few more firms and will have more to report in closed session
