In compliance with the Open Meetings Act (Chapter 5, ILCS, See. 120/1, et seq), listed below you will find
the regular meeting dales for the Boards, Commissions, and CmInmIRCeS of the Village of Oak Brook for
calendar year 2013.
BOARD OF TRUSTEES: Meets on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month for Regular Board
meetings, with the exception of the fourth Tuesday of the months of June, August and December. Meetings
are at 7:00 P.M. in the Samuel E. Dean Board Room of the Butler Government Center, 1200 Oak Brook
Road. "Tire Committee -of- the -Whole Meetings will meet as needed. Notices arc posted
PLAN COMMISSION: Meets on the third Monday of each month at 7:00 P.M. in the Samuel E. Dean
Board Room of the Buller Government Center, 1200 Oak Brook [toad. Notices are posted
ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS: Meets on the fust Tuesday of each month at 7:00 P.M. in the Samuel E.

HOTEL, CONVENTION & VISITORS COMMITTEE: Meets on the second Thursday of January,
April, August, and October at 10:00 A.M. in the Upper Level Conference Room of the Butler Goveminent

BOARD OF FIRE & POLICE COMMISSIONERS: Meets monthly on the Wednesday following the
third "Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. and on an as needed basis in the Upper Level Conference Room of the Butler
Government Center, 1200 Oak Brook Road. Notices are posted
ELECTRICAL COMMISSION: Meets as needed. Notices are mailed.
