BOARD OF TRUSTEES: Meets on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month for Regular Board meetings and on the Monday immediately preceding the second Tuesday of each month as a Committee -of- the - Whole, at 7:30 P.M. in the Samuel E. Dean Board Room of the Village Hall, 1200 Oak Brook Road. PLAN COMMISSION: Meets on the third Monday of each month at 7:30 P.M. in the Samuel E. Dean Board Room of the Village Hall, 1200 Oak Brook Road. ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS: Meets on the first Tuesday of each month at 7:30 P.M. in the Samuel E. Dean Board Room of the Village Hall, 1200 Oak Brook Road. HOTEL, CONVENTION & VISITORS COMMITTEE: Meets on the first Thursday of each month at 6:00 P.M. in the Lower Level Conference Room of the Village Hall, 1200 Oak Brook Road. POLICE PENSION FUND & FIREFIGHTERS' PENSION FUND BOARDS: Meet quarterly or as needed. Notices are mailed. LIBRARY COMMISSION: Meets quarterly on the third Tuesday at the Library Building. Notices are mailed. BOARD OF FIRE & POLICE COMMISSIONERS AND ELECTRICAL COMMISSION: Meet as needed. Notices are mailed. OAK BROOK SAFETY PATHWAY COMMITTEE: Meets the third Thursday of every month at 7:30 p.m. in the Upper Level Conference Room of the Village Hall at 1200 Oak Brook Road.
