below you will find the regular meetinq dates for the Boards, Commissions, and

BOARD OF TRUSTEES
Meets on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month and on the Monday
immediately preceding the second Tuesday of each month as a
Cntrmiittee-ot -the -Whole, at 7:30 P.M. in the Samuel E. Dean Board Room of the
Village Commons, 1200 Oak Brook Road, Oak Brook, Illinois.
P[AN COMMISSION
Meets on the third Monday of each month at 7:30 P.M. in the Samuel E. Dean
Board Room of the Village Corrurions, 1200 Oak Brook Road, Oak Brook, Illinois.
ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
Meets on the first Tuesday of each month at 7:30 P.M. in the Sanftiel E. Dean
Board Room of the Village Commons, 1200 Oak Brook Road, Oak Brook, Illinois.
HOTEL, CONVENTION & VISITORS COMMITTEE
Meets on the first Thursday of each month at 7:30 P.M. in the Lower Level
Conference Room of the Village Commons, 1200 Oak Brook Road, Oak Brook,
Illinois.
OAK BROOK BATH & TENNIS CLUB MEMBERS' COMMITTEE:
Meets on the third Thursday of each month at 9:30 a.m. at the Sports Core
Arl-nanistration Building, 700 Oak Brook Road, Oak Brook, Illinois. During the
summer season, the meeting time will change and notification will be sent out.
Wien an Executive Session is called, a copy of the Notice is mailed to you in
advance of the meeting date and a copy of same is posted on our bulletin
board.
