Dean Board Room of the Village Hall, 1200 Oak Brook Road. PLAN COMMISSION: Meets on the third Monday of each month at 7:30 P.M. in the Samuel E. Dean Board Room of the Village Hall, 1200 Oak Brook Road. ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS: Meets on the first Tuesday of each month at 7:30 P.M. in the Samuel E. Dean Board Room of the Village Hall, 1200 Oak Brook Road. HOTEL, CONVENTION & VISITORS COMMITTEE: Meets on the first Thursday of each month at 2:00 P.M. in the Upper Level Conference Room of the Village Hall, 1200 Oak Brook Road, POLICE PENSION FUND: Meets on call as noticed in the Upper Level Conference Room of the Village Hall, 1200 Oak Brook Road. FIREFIGHTER'S PENSION FUND: Meets on call as noticed in the Upper Level Conference Room of the Village Hall, 1200 Oak Brook Road. FOREIGN FIRE INSURANCE TAX BOARD: Meets on call as noticed at Fire Station #2, 725 Enterprise Drive. OAK BROOK SAFETY PATHWAY COMMITTEE: Meets the second Wednesday, every other month (January - November), at 7:30 p.m. in the Upper Level Conference Room of the Village Hall at 1200 Oak Brook Road. AUTUMN FESTIVAL COMMITTEE: Meets the second Thursday of each month (January - October) or as needed, at 7:00 p.m. at the Bath & Tennis Club, 800 Oak Brook Road.
