4) Survey as shown hereon prepared from legal description
contained in Chicago Title Insurance Company Commitment

5) Watermains, sanitary and storm sewers as shown hereon
from visible evidence in the field at time of survey.
A watermain atlas map obtained from the Village of Oak
Brook, an atlas map obtained from the Hinsdale Sanitary
District and the presence of existing easements appear
to indicate additional lines exist but are not shown
hereon due to lack of visible evidence to verify their
exact location. Sanitary sewers and storm drains were
not exposed for location by Surveyor. Use of these
locations is subject to verification by Client,
Engineer, Contractor or the Title Company. Recommended
procedures are TV inspection of interior of sanitary
and storm drain lines and metal detection method used
to verify position of cast iron watermain if lines are
not uncovered.
6) Gas mains as shown hereon are depicted from maps
obtained in response to letter of request dated:
July 9, 1991, and field location of lines marked
pursuant to J.U.L.I.E. meet, Dig No. 911 970 651 650.

visible evidence located in the field and utility
