HOTEL, CONVENTION & VISITORS COMMITTEE: Meets on the first Thursday of each month at 5:00 P.M. in the Lower Level Conference Room of the Village Hall, 1200 Oak Brook Road. POLICE PENSION FUND: Meets quarterly on the 2nd Wednesday at 7:00 p.m. in the Upper Level Conference Room of the Village Hall, 1200 Oak Brook Road. FIREFIGHTER'S PENSION FUND: Meets quarterly on the last Tuesday at 8:30 a.m. in the Upper Level Conference Room of the Village Hall, 1200 Oak Brook Road. LIBRARY COMMISSION: Meets every two months or quarterly on the second Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. in the Lower Level Conference Room of the Village Hall, 1200 Oak Brook Road.
