RECOMMENDED MOTION: Motion to cancel the November 23, 2009 Committee-of-the -
Whole and the November 24, 2009 Regular Board of Trustees Meetings.
Backllround/History:
Due to the Village Holiday Schedule, the Village will be closed on Thursday, November 26,
2009 and Friday, November 27, 2009. With the added special meetings in November and early
December the Village President has suggested that we cancel the regularly scheduled November
23, 2009 Committee -of -the -Whole Meeting and the November 24, 2009 Regular Board of
Trustees Meeting.
Recommendation:
I therefore recommend that we cancel the November 23, 2009 Committee -of -the -Whole and the
November 24, 2009 Regular Board of Trustees Meeting.
