PLAN COMMISSION: Meets on the third Monday of each month at 7:30 P.M. in the Samuel E. Dean Board Room of the Village Hall, 1200 Oak

ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS: Meets on the first Tuesday of each month at 7:30 P.M. in the Samuel E. Dean Board Room of the Village Hall,
1200 Oak Brook Road.
HOTEL, CONVENTION & VISITORS COMMITTEE: Meets on the first Thursday of each month at 5:00 P.M. in the Lotver Level Conference
Room of the Village Hall, 1200 Oak Brook Road.
POLICE PENSION FUND: Meets quarterly on the 2nd Wednesday at 7:00 p.m. in the Upper Level Conference Room of the Village Hall, 1200 Oak
Brook Road.
FIREFIGHTER'S PENSION FUND: Meets quarterly on the last Tuesday at 8:30 a.m. in the Upper Level Conference Room of the Village Hall,
1200 Oak Brook Road.
LIBRARY COMMISSION: Meets every two months or quarterly on the second Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. in the Lower Level Conference Room of the
Village Hall, 1200 Oak Brook Road.
BOARD OF FIRE & POLICE COMMISSIONERS AND ELECTRICAL COMMISSION: Meet as needed. Notices are mailed.
OAK BROOK SAFETY PATHWAY COMMITTEE: Meets every other month (January - November) at 7:30 p.m. in the Lower Level Conference
Room of the Village Hall at 1200 Oak Brook Road.
ETEMC FEST COMMITTEE: Meets 2nd Thursday of each month (January - October) or as needed, at 7:00 p.m. at the Bath & Tennis Club, 800

Village President and Board of Trustee passed Ordinance G -646 that changed the official meeting date
