In compliance with the Open Meetings Act (Chapter 5, ILCS, Sec. 12011, ct seq.), listed below you will find
the regular meeting dates for the Boards, Commissions, and Committees of the Village of Oak Brook for
calendar year 2013.
BOARD OF TRUSTEES: Meets on the second and Fourth 'Tuesday of each month for Regular Board
meetings, with the exception of the fourth Tuesday of the months of June, August and December. Meetings
are at 7:00 P.M. in the Samuel E. Dean Board Room of the Butler Government Center, 1200 Oak Brook
Road. The Committee- of -thc -Whole Meetings will meet as needed. Notices are posted
PLAN COMMISSION: Meets on the third Monday of each month at 7:00 P.M. in the Samuel E. Dean

LIBRARY COMMISSION: Meets every other month beginning in January on the third Tuesday at 7:00
p.m. in the Meeting Room at the Oak Brook Public Library, 000 Oak Brook Road

third Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. and on an as needed basis in the Upper Level Conference Room of the Butler
