2010 ANNUAL NOTICE OF MEETINGS
In compliance with the Open Meetings Act (Chapter 5, ILCS, Sec. 12011, at seq,), listed below you will find
the regular meeting dates for the Boards, Commissions, and Committees of the Village of Oak Brook for
calendar year 2010.
BOARD OF TRUSTEES: Meets on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month for Regular Board
meetings and on the Monday immediately preceding the fourth Tuesday of each month as a Committee -of-
Ilie- t4'hole, at 7:00 P.M. in the Samuel E. Dean Board Room of the Butler Government Center, 1200 Oak
Brook Road.
PLAN COMMISSION: Meets on the third Monday of each month at 7:30 P.M. in the Samuel E. Dean
Board Room of the Butler Government Center, 1200 Oak Brook Roud.
ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS: Meets on the 6n1 Tuesday of each month at 7:30 P.M. in the Samuel E.
Dean Board Ronm of the Butler Government Center, 1200 Oak Brook Road.
HOTEL- CONVENTION & VISITORS COMMITTEE: Meets on the second Thursday of January,
March. May- July, September. October and November at 10:00 A.M. in the Upper Level Conference Room
of the Butler Government Center, 1200 Oak Brook Road.
POLICE PENSION FUND: Meets Quarterly and on call as noticed in the Upper Level Conference Room
of the Butler Govcm ment Center, 1200 Oak Brook Road.
FIREFIGHTER'S PENSION FUND: Meets on call as noticed in the Upper Level Conference Room of the
Butler Government Center, 1200 Oak Brook Road.
FOREIGN FIRE INSURANCE TAX BOARD: Meets on call as noticed in the West Wing Training Room
of the Butler Government Center, 1200 Oak Brook Road.
LIBRARY COMMISSION: Meets every other month beginning in January on the third Tuesday at 7:00
p.m. in the Meeting Room at the Oak Brook Public Library, 600 Oak Brook Road.
BOARD OF FIRE & POLICE COMMISSIONERS: Meets monthly on the Wednesday following the
third Tuesday it 6:30 p.m. and on an as needed basis beginning in January in the Upper Levcl Conference
Room of the Butler Government Center, 1200 Oak Brook Road.
ELECTRICAL COMMISSION: Mcetsasneeded. Notices are mailed.
AUTUMN FESTIVAL COMMITTEE: Meets as needed at the Sports Core Administration Building, 700
Oak Brook Road.
COMMERCIAL REVITALIZATION Task Force: Meets as needed. Notices are posted.
CITIZENS FINANCE ADVISORY COMMITTEE: Meets as needed. Notices are posted.
CITIZENS EXECUTIVE COUNCIL: Meets as needed. Notices are posted.
PLAN DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION: Meets as needed. Notices are posted.
