the Number of Authorized Class B Liquor Licenses"
Back,around/History:
Village Code requires that any change in the number of liquor licenses that are being held
in the Village of Oak Brook must be passed by ordinance.
Jinal Gift, Inc, d/b/a Jinal Gift Shop, was approved for a B liquor license for their
establishment located at 1909 Spring Road. The Village was informed they have gone out
of business and are relinquishing their liquor license. This will decrease the number of B
liquor licenses by one, leaving the total number of B licenses at 12.
Recommendation:
The recommendation is for passage of Ordinance 2017-LC-AL-G-1110.
