Shredding Event The LN Group and RE/MAX Enterprises are hosting a shredding event at the Library on Saturday, September 30 @ 10 am - 12 pm in the Library’s parking lot. Books & Bites Book Discussion Thursday, September 28 @ 4:30 pm Slob by Ellen Potter We will meet once per month to discuss a good book while discovering fun facts about it and the author. Snacks will be provided! See the Circulation Desk for a copy of the book a few weeks before each session. Recommended for grades 4 & up. Free SAT Practice Test Saturday, September 23 @ 10 am -1:30 pm Take a free practice exam sponsored by C2Education. C2 practice tests offer a valuable real-world test environment, allowing students to better understand the testing process while accurately measuring performance before taking the real test. Improv Playhouse - Stone Soup Saturday, September 16 @ 11 am Stone Soup is an old folk story in which a hungry trickster convinces the people of a town to each share a small amount of their food in order to make a meal that everyone enjoys. Improv Playhouse’s version of Stone Soup will be very similar to Charlie Chaplin’s, where the traveler is silent through the whole show. Its going to give children a chance to see the joy of miming!
