1015) from 3.34 Acres to 6.53 Acres to Allow the Inclusion of the Learning
Institute (formally known as the Retreat Wing), Future Formal Gardens and
Allow a Production Kitchen.
B. Breakenridge Woods, LLC — Approximately 57 Acres of Vacant Property
Located South of 35th Street and East of Route 83 — Map Amendment — To
Rezone Portions of the Property from R -1 to R -2 and R -3.
