In compliance with the Open Meetings Act (Chapter S, ILCS, Sec. 12011, n seq,), listed below you will find
the regular meeting dates for the Boards, Commissions, and Committees of the Village of Oak Brook for
calendar year 2010.
BOARD OF TRUSTEES: Meets on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month for Regular Board
meetings and on the Monday immediately preceding the fourth Tuesday of each month as a Committee -of-
die-Whole. at 7:00 P.M. in the Samuel E. Dean Board Room of the Butler Government Center, 1200 Oak
Brook Road.
PLAN COMMISSION: Meets on the third Monday or each month at 7:30 P.M. in the Samuel E. Dean
Board Room or the Butler Government Center, 1200 Oak Brook Road.
ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS: Meets on the first Tuesday of each month at 7:30 P.M. in the Samuel F.
Dean Board Room of the Butler Government Center, 1200 Oak Brook Road.
HOTEL, CONVENTION & VISITORS COMMITTEE: Meets on the second Thursday of January,
March. May. July, September. OctobLK and November at 10:00 A.M. in the Upper Level Conference Room

POLICE PENSION FUND: Meets Quarterly and an call as noticed in the Upper Level Conference Room

third Tuesday al 6:30 p.m- and an an as needed basis beginning in January in the Upper Level Conference
