In compliance with the Open Meetings Act (Chapter 102, 1(41, et seq. ), listed
below you will find the regular meeting dates for the Boards, Commissions, and
Committees of the Village of Oak Brook for calendar year 1991.
BOARD OF TRUSTEES
Meets on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month and on the Monday
iRunediately preceding the second Tuesday of each month as a
Corrmii ttee-ot -the -Whole, at 7:30 P.M. in the Samuel E. Dean Board Room of the
Village Commons, 1200 Oak Brook Road, Oak Brook, Illinois.
PLAN COMMISSION
Meets on the third Monday of each month at 7:30 P.M. in the Samuel E. Dean
Board Room of the Village CoffuTions, 1200 Oak Brook Road, Oak- Brook, Illinois.
ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
Meets on the first Tuesday of each month at /:30 P.M. in the Samuel E. Dean
Board Room of the Village Commons, 1200 Oak Brook Road, Oak Brook, Illinois.
HOTEL, CONVENTION & VISITORS COMMITTEE
Meets on the first Thursday of each month at 7:30 P.M. in the Lower Level
Conference Room of the Village Commons, 1200 Oak Brook Road, Oak Brook,
Illinois.
OAK BROOK BATH & TENNIS CLUB MF14BERS' COMMITTEE:
Meets on the third Thursday of each month at 9:30 a.m. at the Sports Core
Adinanistration Building, 700 Oak Brook Road, Oak Brook, Illinois. During the
summer season, the meeting tiffie will change and notification will be sent out.
When an Executive Session is called, a copy of the Notice is mailed to you in
advance of the meeting date and a copy of same is posted on our bulletin
board.
