2012 ANNUAL NOTICE OF MEETINGS
In compliance with the Open Meetings Act (Chapter 5, ILCS, See. 120/1, et seq.), listed below you will find
the regular meeting dates for the Boards, Commissions, and Committees of the Village of Oak Brook for
calendar year 2012.
BOARD OF TRUSTEES: Meets on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month for Regular Board
meetings, with the exception of the fourth Tuesday of the months of June, August and December. Meetings
are at 7:00 P.M. in the Samuel E. Dean Board Room of the Butter Government Center, 1200 Oak Brook
Road. The Committee -of- the -Whole Meetings will meet as needed. Notices are posted
PLAN COMMISSION: Meets on the third Monday of each month at 7:00 P.M. in the Samuel B. Dean
Board Room of the Butler Government Center, 1200 Oak Brook Road. Notices are posted
ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS: Meets on the fast Tuesday of each month at 7:00 P.M. in the Samuel E.
Dean Bond Room of the Butler Government Center, 1200 Oak Brook Road. Notices are posted
HOTEL CONVENTION & VISITORS COMMITTEE: Meets on the second Thursday of January,
April, August, and October at 10:00 A.M. in the Upper Level Conference Room of the Butler Government
Center, 1200 Oak Brook Road. Notices are posted.
POLICE PENSION FUND: Meets quarterly and on call n noticed in the Upper Level Conference Room
or the West Wing Conference Room of the Butler Govenunent Center, 1200 Oak Brook Road.
FIREFIGHTER'S PENSION FUND: Meets quarterly and on call as noticed in the West Wing Conference
Room of the Butler Government Center, 1200 Oak Brook Road.
FOREIGN FIRE INSURANCE TAX BOARD: Meets on call as noticed in the West Wing Training Room
of the Butler Government Center, 1200 Oak Brook Road.
LIBRARY COMMISSION: Meets every other month beginning in January on the third Tuesday at 7:00
p.m. in the Meeting Room at the Oak Brook Public Library, 600 Oak Brook Road.
BOARD OF FIRE & POLICE COMMISSIONERS: Meets monthly on the Wednesday following the
third Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. and on an w needed basis in the Upper Level Conference Room of the Butler
Government Center, 1200 Oak Brook Road. Notices are posted
ELECTRICAL COMMISSION: Meets as needed. Notices are mailed.
AUTUMN FESTIVAL COMMITTEE: Meets as needed at the Oak Brook Golf Club, 2606 York Road
COMMERCIAL REVITALIZATION COMMITTEE: Meets as needed. Notices are posted.
CITIZENS FINANCE ADVISORY. COMMITTEE: Meets as needed. Notices are posted.
STREETSCAPE COMMITTEE: Meets as needed. Notices are posted.
PLANNED DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION: Meets on the fourth Thursday of each month at 7:00 p.m.
in the Samuel E. Dean Board Room of the Butler Government Center, 1200 Oak Brook Road. Meetings will
meet as needed. Notices are posted.
